Arizona Government breaking the law to DESTROY families!

People often cite examples of abuse or neglect as reasons for the government to take a bigger and bigger role in the lives of all families. The thinking is that ensuring a government presence in every home will safeguard every child (see: Scotland). What is sacrificed is only liberty; children are at stake.  parentalrights.org

But the Supreme Court once said: “The statist notion that governmental power should supersede parental authority in all cases because some parents abuse and neglect children is repugnant to American tradition.” – Parham v. J.R. (1979)

Repugnant: extremely distasteful; unacceptable; in conflict with; incompatible with; abhorrent, revolting, repulsive, repellant, disgusting, offensive, objectionable, cringeworthy, hateful, detestable, execrable, abominable, monstrous, appalling, insufferable, intolerable…. You get the idea.

The notion of sacrificing liberty for the law-abiding majority to safeguard against the crimes of a small few is absolutely un-American.  SUPPORT PARENTAL RIGHTS!!!

Children and families are destroyed when government GETS IT WRONG!

Social service investigators interrupted breakfast to demand entry to their house without a search warrant as a result of an anonymous allegation.  The Loudermilks refused entry so six sheriff’s deputies joined the social workers and threatened if they did not open their doors, their children would be taken into Arizona state custody immediately.  Under coercion, the Loudermilks let them in, and their home was searched.  The original allegations were quickly proven false, but that might not have been the case if they weren’t on the phone with HSLDA attorneys at the time.

Very many children across the country are taken by CPS on nothing more than an anonymous call with nothing to substantiate it, and there begins the long, destructive process of destroying their families.  HSLDA sued on behalf of the Loudermilks and won in federal court.  Inexplicably, the Ninth Circuit Court sided with the deputy sheriffs in an appeal and ruled that the Loudermilks had voluntarily opened their doors.  The moral of the story is, DON’T LET THEM IN!  You need to know about your rights because those charged with protecting and enforcing your rights, are the very ones violating them, often times, all the way through the court system!

Everything about what went on in the Loudermilks case was totally illegal, immoral, and a violation of a standing court order in Arizona, California, and other Western states.  Yet it is government officials, “under color of law”, that are breaking the laws.  That, and the FACT that a Harvard study claims “Arizona most corrupt state in US” is proving Arizona to be the most dangerous place in the country for parents who love their children.  Here are some facts exclusive to Arizona, but everyone, everywhere, needs to be extremely concerned about the carnage of families by government happening across the country:

FACT:  The trend by DCS is to take an increasingly larger number of children into State custody.  The number of children removed from their homes has surged 58.7% in the last 3 1/2 years.  MUST READ: Disturbing Trends in Latest CPS/DCS Report

FACT:  Over 35 children a day – EVERY DAY – are taken from their parents and homes.  That is 1,077 children a month.  (42,158 “new removals” in the last four years!) 

FACT:  A recent lawsuit spells out how these children are mistreated and ABUSED in state custody  Arizona foster kids’ treatment ‘shocks the conscience,’ lawsuit says :  “Arizona’s treatment of foster children is so bad it actually puts children at risk of greater harm, according a federal class-action lawsuit filed today against the directors of the Arizona Department of Child Safety and the Department of Health Services. “

FACT:  Neither DCS, nor the courts care about the FACTS – Just LOOK at how the FACTS in the Diegel Sisters’ case are being ignored!!!  Three independent sources provided their concern for the Sisters’ health and safety months ago, and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE about it.

FACT:  The Sisters, like so many others, lives are being destroyed because they are caught in this vortex of DCS’ broad sweep of state sanctioned kidnappings on spurious, unsupported by the facts, “investigations”.

FACT:  Not a thing is being done by those empowered to help these children or families.

FACT:  Most frightening of anything is how many of these children are adopted out from their loving families, never to be seen by them again. 

In Arizona, cases where DCS moves to terminate parental rights – forever, they are successful in 99.5%.  In the six month period from April 1 – Sept. 2014, DCS petitioned to terminate parental rights for 2,749 children.   Annualized that is 5,460 per year adopted away from their families, most of which should never have been removed in the first place!

So, loving families BEWARE.  This is Happening Everyday in America – WHO’S NEXT?

According to population estimates in all of 15 counties iin Arizona for the year 2013, and the reported investigations from Oct. 1 2013 to Sept. 30, 2014 Maricopa county wins the prize, hands down, for Investigations Reported to DCS.

AND, As of Sept. 30, the state’s child-welfare agency reported 16,990 children living outside of their parents’ homes, a 13 percent increase compared with September 2013.   

AND, according to multiple sources, Maricopa county leads the nation in ‘celebrating’ the most adoptions, (read FORCED), for the last 7 consecutive years!
