No teen should turn 13 in captivity, away from her family, friends, pets, home and everything she loves, but when you’re sick and suffering, it’s all the more painful to endure this captivity in state custody, especially being starved, (as can be proved), and shut off from your entire past life.
Meet the man who can fix all this and change everything for ALL the children unjustly taken! Mr. Flanagan, 1-602-542-5844, is the Director of DCS/CPS in Arizona in charge of the agency that Medically Kidnapped Kayla and Hannah Diegel, suspended all parental visits, and is attempting to terminate Kayla and Hannah’s parents’ parental rights – PERMANENTLY!!! Turning 13 is not only a milestone for every girl and boy, but a very special time for a young girl. Kayla needs to be back in her loving home to celebrate with her family who loves her. SEE the

It is disgusting Mr. Flanagan, that this could go on anywhere in America, but it is now happening under YOUR WATCH when you were brought in to FIX this rogue agency!!! Kayla is even denied access to her brother, and her dog, and she has done nothing wrong, ever!
CONTACT FLANAGAN and put the pressure on @ 1-602-542-5844. Don’t let him summarily brush off what is really going on in DCS/CPS as he did in the interview with Channel 3 when he said they “have reviewed these types of cases that are being shared via social media recently, and insist they have found no validity ...” Tell him to STOP the gagging of people who can provide the truth, and going to kidnappers for his information! Open up the courts from the secrecy of kidnapping children behind closed doors, and destroying families or life! Tell him you want change, NOW, for all the children unjustly taken.

You have no right to terminate parental ties simply because the parents disagreed with treatment. Amish do this in their own community and you do not take their kids. Why in this world could you take a child away for parents trying to get the treatment they thought best? You are wrong for this. It’s not just the parents suffering…it’s the babies. Give these kids back.

We agree and unfortunately this is becoming all to common throughout the US with AZ leading the pack with the amount of children being put into state’s care and only 7% of children taken actually being reunified with family. I think Governor Brew has blocked all email addresses or whatever from us on this page. There is no way to post to her F.B. page. I also tried a couple other F.B. pages and found the same thing, that is what made me think we are all blocked. Has anyone else been able to post there?
I don’t think I want to fill out that easy form and send it in, I don’t want them to have my e-mail address or phone number. I’d rather stay anonymous.

I absolutely agree these girls need to be returned home to their mother. So called “medical neglect” is being used far too often to remove children because a parent disagrees with a doctor. We used to have freedom of choice over our medical treatments, but I guess that no longer exists when you have children with a disease the government wants to study.
With that said, and most on this page are going to be pissed at me, the courts control this case – the judge makes the decisions. While Flanagan can look into the case to see if the department handled everything correctly or not, and while he can recommend to the case manager and the AAG on this case to take certain actions, it is ultimately up to the judge to make the final decision.
True case – ours: Our grandson is on probation. The probation officer ordered him to be discharged from therapy, which caused a violation of probation. He then got arrested and charged with the violation but returned to our home and now had no therapy treatemtn. The GAL filed a private petition with CPS to “help” the family get him into treatment again – but there are long waiting lists no matter who the referring agency is. CPS did NOT want to get involved with this case, nor did the AAG – but the JUDGE ORDERED them to! The family had to participate with all the services and requirements of CPS even though no one thought this was necessary, the child was not in danger. When the family obtained treatment the GAL pulled her petition. Only then was the case dismissed and it had to be by the judge.
So while everyone is blasting Dir. Flanagan’s office with the requests it is the JUDGE who made this order and it is the judge who has to change the order. This is a case that should be investigated by the agency and our legislators on the CARE team to see if/where they went wrong and what should/could have been done differently to protect the children rather than abuse them. We must understand the system and make appropriate changes so this doesn’t happen to any child again.
I pray these lovely girls return home soon!

I wanted to add something to my previous comment. Think about this:
If Flanagan has the power to STOP the courts from keeping the children, then that would also give Flanagan the power to tell the court to KEEP your children and severe your rights. It would go both ways. While we all agree there is so much wrong with CPS/DCS, be very careful on how you handle it. You could find you have created a much bigger monster.

It’s CPS who initially petitions the courts to keep the children, to sever rights, etc. etc. and it’s also CPS who can petition the court for reunification. The Judge is the person who normally follows the recommendations of CPS.
